Unlike the lift check valve, the swing check valve adopts an internal rocker arm swing structure, and the opening and closing member (valve disc) rotates around the axis like a door, relying on the force of medium flow to open or close on its own.

This unique cantilever built-in rotary design not only reduces the external leakage points of the valve body, but also gives the valve disc a certain degree of freedom within a 360 degree range, which can achieve micro position compensation and ensure full contact of the sealing surface. When the medium flows normally, the valve disc is pushed open, and due to the unobstructed flow path, the fluid is almost unobstructed, resulting in minimal pressure drop; When the medium flows back, the valve disc quickly closes under the action of reverse force and gravity.

旋啟式止回閥的閥瓣與閥座密封面通常堆焊硬質合金，具備極強的耐磨、耐高溫和抗擦傷性能。其動作靈敏、低壓密封性好，且關閉快速，能有效減小水錘壓力。無論是在-46℃的低溫還是550℃的高溫環(huán)境下，旋啟式止回閥都能在水、蒸汽、油品及天然氣等介質的輸送中保持卓越性能，是石油、化工等長輸管線中不可或缺的防回流衛(wèi)士。
